How Does Rent-To-Buy Work?
The Rent-To-Buy Scheme is aimed at individuals who want to purchase a property, who are eligible for a mortgage but who have not yet saved up a deposit.
Rent-To-Buy Tenants Get:
You are not obliged to purchase the property but if you do not buy the property within the term of your tenancy then the agreement lapses, all rents paid are deemed to be just rent and as such are non-refundable. Eligibility criteria applies - please call for more information on 0151-363-3480.
-A normal tenancy agreement for a period of 6 or 12 months
- A legally binding option to purchase the property at a pre-agreed price which remains guaranteed for the duration of your tenancy
- A signed agreement confirming that if you buy the property within the term of your tenancy, then a certain proportion of rents paid will be refunded to act as your deposit to buy the property.
